Breakfast buffet
& bread service.

To give you a good start to the day, you can choose from a variety of regional products: different types of bread, a selection of fresh fruit, muesli and cereals, dried fruit, Tyrolean jams, different types of cheese and sausages, fresh salmon and many other delicacies! For our fresh egg dishes we only use organic eggs from the Pettneu farmer. You have the choice between scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and fried eggs, which we prepare for you individually. A selection of coffee, tea and fruit juices is also available.

We attach great importance to sustainability. Most of the food we serve is certified organic, regional, seasonal and fresh. We also try to avoid food packaged in plastic.

As an alternative to our breakfast buffet, we offer a bread service. The bread can be conveniently ordered the day before via our app until 20:00. The fresh bread from the local bakery are ready for collection from 7.00 am.
