Check-in is possible from 1 pm - 6 pm. Check-In before 1 pm is possible only by prior arrangement and possibly against an early arrival fee. Arrival between 6 pm and 10 pm is possible by arrangement. Arrival after 10 pm is not possible.

Check-out is possible from 08:00 - 12:00, and if possible the bill should be settled by 10:00. Earlier departure is possible by arrangement. Check-out after 12:00 is possible only by arrangement and for a late departure fee.

Of course! Whether you want to bring your dog or cat, we welcome pets of all kinds! We do not charge any additional fees. Please do not let your dog do its business on the campsite premises, especially on the pitches of other guests and on the campsite facilities. We recommend that you make a reservation directly with us during the high season. In the low season you do not necessarily need a reservation to get a free pitch. However, if you want to arrive without a reservation, we recommend you to ask for the availability by phone or by mail.

In the high season in winter and summer we have a minimum stay for reservations. A stay under the minimum length of stay is only possible without a reservation or with a Last Minute Booking, but then we do not guarantee a pitch. In low season you can reserve a pitch for 2 or 3 nights, but we chaege a reservation fee. A reservation for one night is never possible.

The best way is to contact us via the form on the homepage or write us an email directly. Please tell us your arrival and departure date, number of people, vehicle (+length) and any wishes. We will send you an offer or a reservation confirmation. After receiving the deposit we will confirm the reservation again.

• Cancellation 30 days or earlier before the arrival date is free of charge

• A deposit of 50% of the package price (= 50% total price see price list) is required no later than 30 days before arrival

• In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation free of charge within 30 days prior to arrival is therefore not possible (illness of a participant or an unfavourable weather forecast is no exception)

• In the event of cancellation before the free cancellation deadline (= at least 30 days before arrival), we reserve the right to retain a processing fee of € 20.00 if a refund of the deposit is possible.

• In the event of a no-show, the pitch will be allocated to other guests on the day after the planned arrival and the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• The booked period is binding and must be paid even in the event of late arrival or early departure (illness of a traveller, weather forecast etc. is no exception)

• The booked price is binding, a subsequent price reduction through discount cards, offers or similar is not possible

• If fewer people arrive than originally booked, the booked rate will still be charged

• It is not permitted to receive people who are not staying at our resort as visitors

• After 22:00 we ask our guests to stay quietly at the campsite.

• We accept the following means of payment: cash, bank transfer

We always recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you are covered if you have to cancel your holiday or leave early.

We are unfortunately unable to accommodate caravans over 8 m incl. drawbar and motorhomes over 8.5 m. Please note that bicycle racks or similar are included in the calculation. On request, larger vehicles can be accommodated in summer and in the low season in winter. Please note that for large vehicles it is not possible to dispose the grey water.

Our pitches are between 30 sqm and 70 sqm in size. We also have smaller ones for spontaneous travellers with campervans or cars. Tents larger than 6m can only be accommodated on request during the high season.

All pitches have a 13 ampere power connection. You will need the "camping plug" - the blue 3-pin CEE plug. We recommend that your cable is at least 15-20 metres long.

We don't have a tent field, you can only book a pitch. Most of them also have gravel, there are almost no pitches that are only covered with grass. The maximum size for tents is 7 x 4 m. Our guests can park their car with a tent in our parking spaces. Please note that even if the weather forecast is unfavorable, the general cancellation policy applies - even for our guests with tents. If you leave early, the entire booked stay will be charged; we cannot make any exceptions.

For cyclists or hikers traveling through with a small (one-man) tent, we only have 2 small spots with a cheaper rate. These cannot be reserved.

You are welcome to let us know which pitches you prefer (e.g. close to the sanitary, pitch on the edge, etc.) when you make your reservation. For organizational reasons we can not guarantee certain pitch numbers. However, we promise to respect your wishes and try to reserve your desired pitch for you.
