  • Do I need a reservation?
We recommend that you make a reservation directly with us during the high season. In the low season you do not necessarily need a reservation to get a free pitch. However, if you want to arrive without a reservation, we recommend you to ask for the availability by phone or by mail. In the high season in winter and summer we have a minimum stay for reservations. A stay under the minimum length of stay is only possible without a reservation or with a Last Minute Booking, but then we do not guarantee a pitch. In low season you can reserve a pitch for 2 or 3 nights, but we chaege a reservation fee. A reservation for one night is never possible.

Cancellation free of charge within 30 days prior to arrival is therefore not possible (illness of a participant or an unfavourable weather forecast is no exception) In the event of cancellation before the free cancellation deadline (= at least 30 days before arrival), we reserve the right to retain a processing fee of € 20.00 if a refund of the deposit is possible. In the event of a no-show, the pitch will be allocated to other guests on the day after the planned arrival and the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. The booked period is binding and must be paid even in the event of late arrival or early departure (illness of a traveller, weather forecast etc. is no exception) The booked price is binding, a subsequent price reduction through discount cards, offers or similar is not possible If fewer people arrive than originally booked, the booked rate will still be charged It is not permitted to receive people who are not staying at our resort as visitors After 22:00 we ask our guests to stay quietly at the campsite.
